How to change status of father from (private unknown) to father's name

How do I change the status of the father's profile from (private unknown) to the father's name? the father's profile is #4081 Tks

If you adopt the profile (it currently has no profile manager), you should be able to see who the father is. If the privacy level is wrong for the father's profile (which it likely is, if the son was born in 1890, the father could not be alive), you can either ask the profile manager to change it, or make a request to have it changed.
