Should these Wealthians be merged?

Timothy Sheldon named his daughter Wealthian Williams in his 1741 will. Here is her profile:

Abraham Tourtellot's second wife was a Wealthian, and Austin, in his Genealogical Dictionary of Rhode Island, claims that she was the widow of John Williams. She definitely married Samuel Thurber in 1770 after Abraham's death. Several death announcements in 1804 state that Samuel Thurber's widow Wealthian died aged 93. This would put her birth year about 1711, which would fit well with her being a daughter of Timothy.

What is missing is a primary record showing that the Wealthian who was married to Abraham Tourtellot was the widow of John Williams. Right now I only have Austin's word on this connection.

The profiles

would be for the same woman, if Austin is right. My question is: should they be merged? Or is there too much uncertainty. Is there an advantage to merging instead of waiting for a final unifying source to appear?
