Need help merging two profiles please

Question

I am inexperienced in Wikitree, but striving to learn. I am getting errors to merge my TWO profiles. I know. I know.

(Sigh). One error says 'cannot merge to live profiles'

Another error says 'you must remove the email address to one profile'. How do I do that??

You will need to should email The Team to handle the merge:

info @ wikitree . com (remove the spaces).

edit: rephrased; not certain if is absolute requirement

Since this is your own profile, I think, you definitely need to send a message to Admin info @ wikitree.com, explaining that they are both your profiles and letting them know which one you want to continue using going forward.  Make sure you tell them the email address so the correct email address is left on the merged profile.
