Dewey Sylvester Bell was born 1898 in Washington.

He was married 25 June 1921 in King County, Washington to Alice Slayton.[1]

Dewey Sylvester Bell, b 3-27-1898 Bothell, WA, d 10-6-1979 Bremerton, WA, m Alice Slayton. They had no children. Dewey and Alice built two homes in Quartzsite, Arizona, where they wintered many years. Alice played piano and a small uke. Dewey played a mandolin, which he left to his nephew, Bob Smith. They played music every where they went and had many friends. They had built a house at Point-No-Point in the north of Kitsap Co. Alice was b 4-12-1898 Everett, WA, d 11-3-1972 Bremerton. She had a sister, Mrs Emma Prestegard of Seattle, WA. She was educated in Seattle, her family moving to Bremerton 1921.
