Chesney of Oxfordshire, headed by Roger de Chesney (died after 25 Dec 1109), married Alice de Langetot.
It is one of the children of Roger de Chesney of Oxfordshire by his wife Alice (Hugh, Ralph, William, Robert, Roger, Hawise, Beatrice, Isabel) who is the father of Walter de Chesney m Eva le Broc, according to MedLands:[2]
"The name of Walter’s parent is not known, but presumably he/she was one of the brothers or sisters who are named above. m ---."
Walter married Eva de Broc, daughter of Eustace de Broc and his wife ____.[2]
Walter and Eva had one child, Amabilis[2] or Amabel (de Chesney) le Despenser.[3]
Walter died in 1141 in Stanley, Gloucestershire, England.[citation needed][4]

Switching the birth of Amabel later just sets new problems into the equation. She is now born c.1154 and her mother would have been 59 years old then. Also, if you are disconnecting the parents from Walter's profile, you need to remove the Horsford birth location as well.
Note for future editors. I am disconnecting the parents. It seems clear that the subject has been very well studied and no one has every found such a connection.
