Hi William!

I noticed you had Nowell as one of your tags. Would you like to help us on the new Nowell One Name Study. You might look at one of the other One Name Studies and see how you would like to help us.

Hi,

I’m Matty. How are you? Need any help?

Our primary vision is to build a collaborative tree with just one profile per person, so please make sure to look for duplicates on WikiTree before adding a profile. Please look at how to write a biography and how to put sources in.

Having dates and locations attached to every person assists in our mission as well - if you have pre-1700’s ancestors to add please read our Pre-1700 profiles info.

Check out How To Use WikiTree. It’s a great step-by-step guide.

And I’m here to help too, just ask!

William, you are now a member of WikiTree! Please help us build one Collaborative Global Family Tree, which means only one profile per person. It's important that no duplicates are created and profiles are properly sourced.

If you have pre-1700's ancestors to add please read our Pre-1700 profiles info.

To help you get started, view this introductory WikiTree video.

We also have Mentors who will be glad to answer questions.

Thanks for volunteering and welcome to the Tree!

I would like to volunteer to contribute to this shared family tree. I have been working on ancestry.com for several years, and more frequently since retiring in May 2010. I am interested in gaining more knowledge about my family, and would gladly provide my information to anyone interested.

I see you have uploaded your DNA for comparison. We have a project for DNA where a lot of new things are happening. If you are interested and would like to check it out, go to the FIND link top right of your profile page, select PROJECTS from the drop down box, and then select the link for the DNA project. It has information listed that might be of interest to you, and feel free to contact any of the members if you would like additional details.
