John (Hamilton) Hamilton Ist of Neilsland is a member of Clan Hamilton.

John was the fourth son of James Hamilton, of Raploch.^[1][2] He lived at Neilsland, Lanarkshire, Scotland.

He married Elizabeth Hamilton about 1530.^[3][1][2] They had issue;

1. John, of Udston, m. a daughter of Sir Robert Dalzell of Dalzell^[4][2]

He was still living in 20 May 1550.^[3]
