Biography
Apphia "Apphya" (Higgins) Doane was born in 1709 in Eastham, Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay. She was the daughter of Elisha Higgins and Jane (Collins) Higgins of Eastham, Barnstable, Massachusetts.[1] She married Simeon Doane in October 1730 in Eastham, Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay. She passed away in 1784 or 1786 in Eastham, Barnstable, Massachusetts, United States.
