Elizabeth had a brother, John Miller (~1720–1786).
Elizabeth (14) married Zachariah Isbell (17) (born in 1722 in Isbell Spring, King William County, Virginia) in 1740 in Augusta, Va. Their children were:
Elizabeth died in 1785 in Virginia, United States, aged 59. She was buried in Cherokee Community Cemetery, Jonesborough, Washington County, Tennessee.[1]

Online family trees (example Ancestry Profile) have her as the daughter of Henry Miller, sister of John Miller. She was previously linked as John's daughter, but given the FindAGrave site, [1] (no cemetery image, just a profile) the DOB would make her his sister.
Additionally the Probate record listed below, if accurate for this family, would also have her as the daughter of Margaret, Henry's wife.
