Biography
Marshall was born on 10 January 1808 in SOUTH CAROLINA. He was the son of Jenothan Morton and Lucy C. (Durham) Morton.
Marshall was a MINISTER OF THE GOSPEL.
He married Margaret Blackburn in 1841.[1] They were the parents of Joel, William, Uriah, Lucy, Orlena, Chloa and J. Early.
His second wife was Adeline Childress.[2] Their children were James, Miles, Marshall, George, Mary, BP, OK, and CM.
Marshall died at the age of 81 on 19 June 1889 in ERATH COUNTY, TEXAS. He is buried at Morton Chapel Cemetery at Morgan Mill, Texasl[3]
