Annah Small was born on January 28, 1746^[1] in Cape Elizabeth, Cumberland, Maine. She was the daughter of Edward Small Sr.

She married James Dyer (1721-1797) ca October 11, 1764 in Cape Elizabeth, Cumberland, Maine. They had at least 9 children.
