Item I give to my three daughters & beequeath & devise to them videliset to Alice Tayer, Agnes Tayer & Cicelye Tayer, or to the survivors or survivor of them, And to the heyres of the survivor of them all, that my mesuage ten[ement]s garden & orchard conteyning one Burgag & the forth part of a Burgag wth the appurtenances wthin the said Borough of Thomburye at Bungags Hall there.

Item I give and beequeath to my sonne John a gowld ring wth a seale on it.

Item I give and bequeathe to Jone Tayer my wife all my goods moveable & unmoveable, cattles, chattles of what sorte estate and Condition soever.

Item I give to Mary Cooke my mother vs to bee beestowed in a ring & given her.

Item I give to my brother Thomas iil iiijd to bee beestowed on a ring & given him.

Item my lord Stafford oeth as appeareth under his Honours hande, wherof I have receved of William [ilJegibJe] xxxviij^s.

Item my will is that my wyfe pay to Mr. John Hilpe Senior or to his heyers ex[ecuto]r adm[inistrator] or Assigns the some of xx^li at the death of the said Mr. John Hilpe.
