His will is dated July 1712 and proved on 11 February 1722/23 in Plymouth. He mentions his wife Jane, and his children, John, William, Bethiah, Hannah, Deborah, Lois, Eunice, and his grandson Joseph Lapham. His inventory was taken on 30 November 1722[3]
