Chapman-17563 and Chapman-436 do not represent the same person because: My records have found no parents for Davis Chapman of Groton. It appears his wife was Patten. There is evidence for the parents of Davis Chapman of Tewksbury and his wife was Whittenore.

Chapman-17563 and Chapman-436 do not represent the same person because: This is a mystery. I have found no evidence linking these two families. The Davis name does appear to be a common occurrence. It is not outside the realm of possibility that two different people had that name.
