Biography

William Major Barnett was born in Nov 1854 (see notes) in Kentucky to J.J. Barnett and Mary Rowley. ^[1]

In 1860, Major was living in Union, KY with his parents Jno J, and Mary. He was the oldest of 3 children in the household. ^[2]

In 1870, William M, was living in Raleigh, Union, KY with his parents, John J. and Mary V. He was the oldest of 6 children in the household. ^[3]

In 1880, William was lviing in Wise, TX with his parents, J.J. and Mary. He was the oldest of 7 children in the household. He was a farmer. ^[4]

W.M. Barnett and N.E. Denney were married 25 Aug 1883 in Wise, TX. ^[5]
