Biography

When Eva Elisabeth Edelmann was born on 3 February 1712, in Ödenwald, Loßburg, Freudenstadt, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, her father, Johann Peter Edelmann, was 27 and her mother, Eva Catharina Schäfer, was 22.

She had at least 11 sons and 7 daughters with Johann Joachim Siefert. She died after giving birth to her son Johann Peter Seifert named after her father, on 10 August 1749 in her hometown, at the age of 37.
