Biography

Jeduthan was born in 1706, probably in Dartmouth, Bristol, Massachusetts Bay.^[1] He was the son of John Spooner and Rosamond Hammond.

He married, first, Ruth Jenne, the mother of his two daughters Ruth and Charity. His second wife was Sarah Waste (or Waite), whom he married in Dartmouth on 1 Dec 1736.^[2]

He passed away in 1740, between 15 April, when he signed his will and 19 August, when his widow, Sarah, filed an inventory of his estate with the judge of the probate of wills of Bristol County.^[3]
