Betsey was born in Massachusetts around 1777. She was the daughter of Zebah Cowing (1736-) and Susannah (Howard) Cowing (abt.1740-).[1]
Betsey Cowen married John, Jr. Andros or Androus on 22 April 1797 in Dartmouth, Bristol, Massachusetts, United States.[2]
Betsy Andrews, daughter of Zebreth Corwin & Susannah Corwin, died (age 75) on 4 January 1852 in Dartmouth, Bristol, Massachusetts, United States.[1] Betsey Andrews was mentioned on a memorial in Evergreen Cemetery, Dartmouth, Bristol County, Massachusetts, United States with a death date of 4 January 1852.[3]

- This profile may have been conflated with another from Dartmouth, Bristol, Massachusetts Elizabeth (Cowen) Tripp (1788-1884) or Betsey Cowing (abt.1776-). This Betsy who was the daughter of Zebah and Susannah was born about 1777 and married to John Andrews.
- Death record provides birth place as Rochester, but other records indicate that the family had already moved to Dartmouth when she was born. The siblings who were born in Rochester are found in a Rochester records book.[4]
