Research Note
Parentage comes from Early Families of Standish, Maine by Albert J.J. Sears published by Heritage Books in 1991. The Folsom genealogy claims he was son of John and Sarah (Folsom) York originally from New Hampshire but that author was likely confusing the two John and Sarah couples.
