State of Tennessee, Sumner County. On this 12 day of August in the year 1837 personally appeared Mrs. Nancy Bandy before me John Groves one of the acting Justices of the Peas for the County of Sumner and State aforesaid. She being a resident of Sumner County State of Tennessee age eighty one years who being first duly sworn according to law doth on her oath make the following declaration in order to obtain the benefit of the Provision made by the act of Congress passed July the 4th 1836 That she is the widow of Thomas Bandy Ded'd who was a soldier of the Revolutionary War and also a Pensioner of the United Statess for his service in War of the Revolution and drew his pension in Nashville State of Tennessee.
