To the children and heirs of Robert Beardsley, viz., Abijah Beardsley, Daniel Beardsley, Chauncy Beardsley, Josiah Beardsley, Hannah Beardsley, Aaron Beardsley, and Isaac Beardsley
To Thomas Hawley, son of Capt Ezra Hawley.
To Ezra Hawley, Jr. ( Research notes on Hawley connection: Many trees online have a Mary Beardsley married to Ezra Hawley, A few trees on Ancestry.com have Esther Beardsley, daughter of Daniel. Esther or Hester is below and still alive at the time of the distribution)
To Hester Beardsley
To the children and heirs of Edward Lake (who married Ann Beardsley)
To the children of James Fairchild decd. (who married Abigail Beardley)
To the children of Benjamin Beardsley, decd.
To the children of Thomas Worden, decd. (who married Jemima Beardsley)
