Biography
James Giddings, son of Nathaniel Gidings, was baptized 22 April 1725 in Preston, New London County, Connecticut Colony .[1]
"James was probably born around 1710 in Norwich. In about 1739 he m. Lucy Rockwell, dau of Samuel and Abigail (Mix) Rockwell.
James d. 1761, probably around Norwich.
Giddings and Giddings lists James and Lucy's children: John c 1740 Abigail c 1744 Anna c 1746 Abiah 3 Sep 1748 in Preston, CT Lucy 10 Aug 1749 Sarah c1754 James c1756 Susannnah c1758 Joseph 5 April 1759"
His inventory was completed on 3 July 1761 in Norwich.[2]
