Biography

Jabez, the third child and eldest son of Jireh and Abagail Swift, was born on March 16, 1701 (or 1700).^[1] He married Abagail Pope of Sandwich on October 9, 1729.^[2] He moved to Kent, Litchfield, Connecticut, in 1743, where he died on November 2, 1767.^[3]
