Biography

Benjamin Jones (the son of Robert Jones and Jane ________) was christened in March 1638 in Hingham, Plymouth, Massachusetts Bay.^[1][2][3]

Benjamin is named as Benjamin "the elder" in his father's will dated 20 April 1688.

A Benjamin Jones went from Hingham to New Hampshire, about the time the Gilmans, Foulshams, and Leavitts removed to Exeter.^[4]

Marriage

Benjamin married Bathsheba Bosworth before 1695 in Bristol, Bristol, Massachusetts Bay Colony. They had no children.^[5]

Death and Burial

Benjamin died 12 Jan 1718 in Bristol, Bristol, Massachusetts Bay Colony (now Rhode Island) and is buried in the East Burial Ground, Bristol, Bristol, Rhode Island, United States.^[6]
