Rachel, daughter of Daniel Colburn & Mary, was born on 11 April 1730 in Stafford, Hartford, Connecticut.^[1]

Rachel married Peter Trask on 15 October 1767 in Stafford, Connecticut.^[2]

Rochell died (age 99) in 1845 in Wales, Hampden, Massachusetts, United States.^[3]

She is buried at Moulton Hill Cemetery, Monson, Hampden, Massachusetts ^[4]

LITTLE KNOWN FACTS: "Rachel Trask died in Wales, Aug. 9, 1845, aged ninety-nine years one month and twelve days, and is believed to be the oldest person who ever died here."

ORIGINS:

According to notes in the Corbin Collection, NEHGS, Rachel is the daughter of Daniel Colburn and Mary Blodgett; she is 5th generation from Nathaniel Colburn of Dedham 1637; William Symmonds of Concord 1637; 6th generation from Thomas Blodgett of Cambridge 1635; Hopestill Leland of Weymouth 1624; Stephen Eggleton who died 1638 at sea on way back to England; David Babcock of Dorchester 1640; and Edward Spaulding of Braintree 1634.
