In anno decimo Ducatûs of Henry duke of Lancaster [1361], Alice widow of Roger, and Roger son of Roger de Pylkyngton, made a fine for a writ de Attincta.[1]

Pilkington-55 and De Pilkington-13 do not represent the same person because: It is more likely that Pilkington-55 is a duplicate of De Pilkington-14 who in turn is the father of De Pilkington-13. For this to be true the birth date of Pilkington-55 would need to be corrected
