Sons—Charles Gilman, Joseph Gilman (under age), cousin Charles Gilman. Real and personal property. Executors—the wife and son Charles with Hopewell Hull and Edward Slater as overseers. Witnesses—Edward Slater, Thomas Fitzrandolph, Jeffery Manning and Hopewell Hull. Proved March 1, 1691-2. N. J. Archives, XXL, pp. 192, 223, and Middlesex Wills

1892 Aug. 17. Bond of Marie, late widow of Chas. Gilman, now wife of Benjamin Jones of Piscataway, as executrix with her eldest son Charles of said Gillman's estate. Edward Slater fellow bondsman.

Account of the estate by the administrator, Benjamin Jones, who has paid "for Dyett washing and Lodging three Yeares and halfe, for three Children of the deceased at £8 p. a." £84, for teaching said children to read £16, and sums due to Judath Sutton, Mrs. Auger (a legacy), Jonathan Ogden, John Taylor the smith, Benjamin Hull, Judith Hendrix the servant of dec'd.
