They had three sons, John, Thomas, and Richard, and four daughters Anne (wife of Thomas Erdington, Katherine, Isabel, and Maud. His wife, Maud, died 29 Jan. 1394. Sir Thomas Harcourt died 12 April 1417. He left a will proved 12 October 1417.
