Mariage: Francois-Xavier Guyon à 32 ans & Marie Clotus à 22 ans se sont mariés le 14 juillet 1683 au Château-Richer. [2]

Sept enfants sont morts à leurs naissance. Deux enfants, Marie et Marguerite, ont survécu pour se marier à deux frères Gamache, Nicolas et Augustin. [3]

Marie est décèdée le 19 septembre 1698 à l'âge de 40 ans à Cap-St-Ignace. [4]

Marie Clotus was born abt 1661 in France, the daughter of Abraham Clotus (or Clostus) and Marie Dumont.

Abraham Clotus or Clostus and Marie Dumont's daughter entered into a marriage contract of 9 July 1683 with François Guion, Abraham is listed as deceased, he was in life bourgeois marchand gantier (glove merchant and bourgeois). Marie Dumont is also listed as deceased on this contract. They were in the parish of Sainte-Croix in the city and archdiocese of Paris.[5]

She married François-Xavier Guyon in 1683. According to the record in Tanguay Collection, Marie died in September 1698.

Please merge into the other profile, which should have the last name at birth corrected. Her name is Clotus not Cloutier. The marriage record is difficult to read, but subsequent records for the marriage are much more legible, and they all read Clotus. Ref. Drouin collection.
