Biography

Lieutenant Ashley La Touche was a member of the aristocracy in British Isles.

Ashley was born in 1811. He was the son of Peter La Touche and Charlotte Maude. ^[1]

UK Census Date 1841: Recorded in Fore Street, North Side, Stoke Damerel, Devon, England. Aged about 25.

UK Census Date 1851: Recorded in the household of his brother Charles Henry in St Pauls Church Yard, Saint Gregory By Saint Paul, Middlesex, England. Aged 39 and single. Also in the household were three servants.

Occupation: Lieutenant

He married Sarah Julia Cox (daughter of Colonel Sir William Cox) on 2 May 1861 at Monkstown, Dub, Ireland.^[2]

He passed away in 1880 at the age of 68. ^[3]
