James was born 9 July 1736. James was the child of David Noble and Abigail Loomis.[1]

Captain James Noble served with Col. Benedict Arnold's Regiment, Massachusetts Militia during the American Revolution.
James Noble is a DAR Patriot Ancestor, A083971.
During the Revolutionary War, he served as Captain in Benedict Arnold's unit, in Massachusetts.[2]
James passed away 23 Feb 1817 in Orwell, VT. [3].
He is buried in Mountain View Cemetery, Orwell, Addison County, Vermont.[4]
