John Holland was born before and christened on 16 June 1761 in Ninfield, Sussex, England [1][2], the son of George Holland and Elizabeth Polhill and the brother of Hannah Holland, Phillip Holland, Elizabeth Holland, James Holland, Ann Holland, William Holland, George Holland, Henry Holland and Bithia Holland.
He married Mary Quaif on 10 October 1785 in Cuckfield, Sussex, England [3] and their children were of William Holland, Mary (Holland) Cressy, Walter Holland, Stephen Holland, Edward Holland, Henry (Holland) Hollands, Hannah (Holland) Kenward, William Holland, Reuben Holland, Henrietta Holland, Samuel Holland, Sarah Holland and Ann (Holland) Gates.
John died 18 September 1849 in Ashburnham, Sussex, England [4].
