Biography

L. C. Howard Lowe was born in 1931. He was the son of Dale Lowe and Kizzie Keathley.^[1]

He passed away at Oak Ridge Hospital on August 26, 1976, after his motorcycle collided with a county patrol the previous day.^[2]
