Biography

Della told her grandchildren that she was half Cherokee Indian, and was she born on a Cherokee reservation. I am sure she believed this but her grandson's DNA test does not show any Native American. If this was indeed a fact, more research is needed.Pearson-3638 17:07, 13 February 2015 (EST))

I haven't found a Cherokee reservation in Colorado. Pearson-3638 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:American_Indian_reservations_by_state Della wrote in her bible that she was born in Buffalo, Colorado[1]
