Biography

Benjamin Crawford (1794-1863) was a son to Luther Crawford (1772-1853) and Elizabeth (Wilbur) Crawford (1772-1855).^[1]

His grandfather, Samuel Crawford served in the New York Service during the American Revolution, as well as, his father-in-law, John Riddell^[2]

He married Hannah Riddall (1797-?) on July 30, 1822 in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.^[3]

On April 3, 1842, 47 year-old Benjamin Crawford married Lydia (Rouen) Clough (1812-1895). ^[3]

Benjamin died on July 29, 1863. ^[4]
