Raymond Earl Hill was an American tenor saxophonist and singer, best known as a member of Ike Turner's Kings of Rhythm in the 1950s.

Raymond Hill was born in 1933 in Clarksdale, Mississippi. He was the son of Henry Hill.^[1][2] . He was the son of Henry Hill and Ollie May Long.

• Raymond's father Henry ran a juke joint in Clarksdale, MS, where he was exposed to a variety of Delta Blues musicians at an early age
