Henry Wyche is the son of Henry, who immigrated from Surrey, England to Surrey county, Virginia before 1679. Henry is named in his father's Will of 1712, which was proved in Surry county, March 18, 1714. He was the third son, with older brothers William and George and younger brother, James.
Henry patented 370 acres on the north side of Meherrin River, on June 22, 1722. He later lived in Brunswick county, where his Will was proved March 4, 1740 (presumably 1740/1). His Willl names his wife, Frances and his daughters Abigail (Wyche) Brewer, Rebecca Wyche and Elizabeth Wyche.
Children of Henry and Frances Wyche:[1]
Some, without source, have identified Frances Judith (Edwards) Wyche (1650-abt.1713) as his mother. This relationship is disputed as explained in more detail in the profile of his father Henry Wyche (1649-bef.1714).
