Judah Baker Hickey was born in Virginia and married Cornelius Hickey there. After John Hickey, father of Cornelius, passed away and his estate was settled three of the Hickey brothers moved to Tennessee. Cornelius was one of them and Judah was pregnant with her son, George, when the move was made. They settled in Knox County TN and many of their descendants are still there.
