Selah M. "Celah" Falconbury [Falkenburg] was born in 2 Sep 1802, in Kershaw, Lancaster County, South Carolina. She was the daughter of Jacob Falconbury and Charity Routsaw. About 1804, the family relocated to Lincoln County, Kentucky.
Marriage: She married James Wheeldon Sr. (also spelled Whealdon) on 20 Dec 1825 near Stanford, Lincoln Co., Kentucky. After marrying, Selah and James relocated to Decatur County, Indiana where they raised their family and remained till their last days. They had eight children together (all born in Indiana):
Selah (also spelled Celah, and sometimes Celia) passed away 19 Jan1872 in Decatur, Indiana and is buried at the Eddelman Cemetery in Decatur County, Indiana. Her tombstone records her first name spelled Celah.
Notation on her birthplace: On the 1850, 1860, and 1870 Federal Census, her birthplace is recorded as “South Carolina”.

Notations on Selah “Celia” (Falconbury) Wheeldon, daughter of Jacob Falconbury: …” Celia was born in South Carolina on 1800-1802. Her census age shows younger than brother Benjamin who was born in Ky. and his census age shows born ca 1801. Celia married James Wheeldon in Lincoln Co., Ky. 12 Oct 1824. Consent was by her father Jacob. The marriage record shows Selah. James was a brother to Sarah who married Celia's brother Joseph. They moved to Indiana probably at the same time as their parents. They had a son, John, born in Ky. who became a physican in Decatur Co. Other children were James F., Lydia, Maneiyle?, female, Mary C., Rebecca M., John H. and Mahala. James died between 1850 and 1860 and Celia between 1860 and 1870. James' parents (also Sarah and Polly's) were John and Catherine Wheeldon, born in Delaware, who came north to Indiana with the movement and settled in Decatur Co. Ive noticed that some of the sources you are using are just links to web sites. Generally those don't offer any proof of the facts.
