Biography

James Davis was born on 27 September 1773 in Gorham, Maine. His parents were Josiah Davis and Thankful (Gorham) Davis^[1].

He married Thankful Paine on 21 March 1793^[2].

James passed away on 25 August 1801 and is buried in Standish Cemetery^[3].
