Biography

May (Adams) Edwards is an Indigenous Australian.

May was the daughter of Thomas Adams and Louisa Roberts, and was born on 22 May 1882 at the Poonindie Mission, near Port Lincoln, South Australia.[1]

On 1 June 1899 May married Joseph Edwards at the Wesleyan Parsonage in Maitland, South Australia.[2]

May died on 7 July 1946 at Wallaroo, South Australia.[3]

Research Notes
