Lelia Sophia Skipwith was the daughter of Gray or Grey Skipwith. She was baptized on the 23 January 1814 in Hampton Lucy, Warwickshire, England.^[1]

She married Robert Tryon on 3 Jan 1855 in Alveston, Warwickshire.^[2]

She died at the age of 79 in 1889 and her death was registered in the 3rd Quarter (Jul-Aug-Sep) of that year in Fareham, Hampshire.^[3]
