Edouard Pothier is a descendant of an Acadian

Edouard Pothier was the son of Francois Fulgence Pothier and Dorothee LeBlanc.^[1]
He was born December 1, 1855^[1] in Tusket wedge, Nova Scotia^[2][3], and was baptised December 9, 1855 at St. Michael's^[1] in Tusket Wedge.^[3]
He grew up in th family home located along the southern stretch of the Main Road in Tusket Wedge.^[2][3]
Edouard died August 17, 1867^[1], and his funeral was held August 18, 1867 in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.^[1]
