My information was collected back around 2005, and I have no sources to prove this connection. I cannot seem to find Moise in any of the 1881 (Canada), 1871 (Canada) and 1861 (NB) census records. Mentioned as being the father of Eutrope Duguay on Eutrope's death certificate issued in 1930 - Informant was Olympe Duguay - daughter of Eutrope and Grand daughter of Moise. See "proof of existence" source below
