Charles Denny was born 2 Nov 1802 in Combs, Suffolk and baptised 30 Dec 1802 in St Mary's church in Woodbridge, Suffolk, England. He was the twin brother of John, who died the day he was born. He was the twelfth child of Jonathan Denny and Martha Cross.
