Hey Russell,

Since you do not know your Last Name at Birth, you may want to check out our naming conventions can be found at Name Fields. "Don't_Know" is not the customary way to express that and you may want to simply use "Unknown" or use your adopted name with information about your origin in the narrative in the Biography.
