Hi!

Congratulations, you've been a WikiTree member for a month! We're glad you're here. A few tips to help you dive in even deeper:

Check out Beyond the Basics of WikiTree for a guide on some of our more advanced features such as Projects, Categories, and Merging.

We're very active on our social sites and we have an excellent blog where you'll find our monthly newsletter as well as tips, interviews with our members and guest posts from others in the genealogy community.

As always, I'm here to help if you have any questions!

Guy ~ WikiTree Mentor

Hi! It appears that you are merging into this profile existing profiles that are not duplicates. I've asked a mentor to contact you about merging.

Also, please change your profile to conform to WikiTree guidelines, which say in part:

Using an initial or Anonymous for both the first and last name of a living person is strongly discouraged. A name like "John Anonymous" or "J. Smith" is anonymous. It should not be "Anonymous Anonymous."

(from http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Name_Fields ).

"..." is not an appropriate LNAB.

Thanks, Liz WikiTree Ranger

Excellent, thank you.

You're now a member of the WikiTree Community.

Please note we're trying to build one Collaborative Tree which means ONE profile per person. It is important to ensure no duplicates are entered as you add Profiles to WikiTree.

If you'd like any help, see the help section from the menu, top right, or visit the G2G forum. You might want to check out this 5-minute introductory video a member created.

Our Mentor Team is a friendly bunch of volunteers who will be glad to help you.Thank you for helping to build our shared tree!

Hello, Lynette -

Welcome to WikiTree! We're growing a FREE worldwide family tree, working for ONE collaborative profile per person.

Some suggestions to get started:

1. Our Honor Code is a very important part of why our community is such a friendly place to grow your family tree so please take some time to read it.

2. Feel free to ask questions at our G2G forum.

3. Our help pages - menu, top right - have all sorts of useful information.

Want to join us? Click the Volunteer button and leave a comment here on your profile - just a short note about how you'd like to contribute.

Have Fun!
