Plat annexed to grant.

In consideration of $800.00 paid by Solomon Owens of same place sold unto Solomon Owens 800 acres of land more or less being part of a tract containing 1000 acres granted originally to Elizabeth Bremar on Little Pee Dee River on west side of river bounded ny a line running southeast 80 land granted to Elizabeth Bremar northeast 10 & southeast 80 and to continue on that line through the back swamp and boggy swamp to a stake corner agreed upon by David Owens and William Owens the original parties toi the transfer of this land and thence southward to a pine corner and thence eastward to a hickory station and then to continue a due course with original line to the river.
Also 200 acres of land the upper part of a tract of land granted to Thos. Touchberry 1 Aug 1791 agreed for the division line to run as a branch goes ---- through to the ould field to the head thence to run as far to make 200 acres in the upper part said tracta, or parcels of tracts of land were conveyed by deed from David Owens to William Owens my dec'd husband bearing date 19 Novr 1802 and by division among the heirs at law of William Owens dec'd in pursuance of an order from the Court of Common Pleas for this District the said court as my distributive share of real property of said Wm Owens and now by these presents I do hereby sell and set fourth unto said Solomon Owens, jis heir etc. Signed Penelope (her mark) Owens 1 Dec 1826. Witnesses: Levi Gerrald, John Williamson. Recorded 22 Mar 1827 on 1 Dec 1826 [14]
