Biography
Anders was born on March 25, 1822 at Fagersta in Västanfors parish. His parents were Erik Mattsson and Anna Andersdotter. Anders married Anna Catrina Hedberg on April 12, 1824. They lived together at Lilla Meling and had four children by 1855.[1] He and Anna had another son, Johan, in 1857. Anna died in February of 1859 at Lilla Meling. Anders married again in 1860 to Anna Greta Persdotter. She had a son, Anders, from her previous marriage and they had a son together, Per, in February of 1860.[2]
