Biography
Lucy was born in1730. She is the daughter of Samuel Hall and Ann Law. She married Charles Whittlesey. Lucy died in 1762[1] and is buried in Hillside Cemetery, Cheshire, New Haven, Connecticut.[2]
Suspicious death
"About 38 Witnesses testified she had told them for 7 mos. before her Death that Mr. W. had given her a Wound of wc. she should die." One witness who laid her out saw no wound. Charles went to court for this on May 10, 1763. He was "honorably acquitted".[3]
